I don't know about you, but I am a big fan of the River Cottage programme on Channel 4.
When I watched it on Wednesday night, I picked up a great idea from it:
how to make your own gorse wine!
It sounded really delicious and relatively easy to make and with all the gorse in our region, I will definitely have a go!
